Our process
Why a case on GoHelp can be trusted
Anyone can publish an appeal online. What is harder, and what we spend most of our time on, is proving that the need is real, the amount is right, and the support actually arrived.
- Documents and identity checkedMedical estimates, school fee slips, tenancy papers or damage reports, matched against ID.
- A visit or a call, every timeA local volunteer speaks with the household and, where possible, visits in person.
- Costs confirmed at sourceWe verify amounts with the hospital, school or supplier rather than taking a figure on trust.
- Paid to the provider, not the middleWherever we can, funds go straight to the hospital or vendor, and delivery is photographed.
